Fufu Flour is a specialty flour created exclusively for making fufu, a dumpling-like dish. It's also great for frying meats, fish, and poultry, as well as thickening gravies, soups, and stews. Plantains, cocoyam (the Ghanaian word for edo, taro, or tubers of the elephant's ear plant), and cassava are all processed and converted into powder. Tropiway Plantain Fufu Flour and Tropiway Cocoyam Fufu Flour are made by combining these ingredients.
